CONSUMER FIREWORKS MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION

IMPORTER MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION

A U.S. importer who wishes to receive consumer fireworks tested by AFSL must register as an importer member of AFSL. AFSL importer members are obligated to import only fireworks that have been tested by AFSL and certified as complying with all applicable AFSL Standards.

Both documents must be submitted with the application.

SHIPPER MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION

Testing of consumer fireworks shipments may be requested only by shippers based in Hong Kong or mainland China. If you are a shipper of consumer fireworks and wish to apply to become a registered AFSL Shipper, download the application below:

DISPLAY FIREWORKS MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION

A U.S. Display Fireworks Importer who wishes to receive display fireworks tested and certified by AFSL must register as an importer member of AFSL. AFSL importer members are obligated to import only fireworks that have been tested and found to comply with all applicable AFSL Standards.
